Each year, the Carlton County Sexual and Domestic Abuse Program (RWA, Inc.) helps more than 475 people transition to safer lives.
The private nonprofit corporation is Carlton County's sole provider of free services to victims of family and sexual violence. Services are available to all people regardless of age, gender, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, or physical and mental ability.
